My name is Nicole, I am 23 years old, and I love Jesus Christ with all of my heart , soul, and mind. After a very hard, yet victorious battle with depression and suicidal thoughts, I have been molded and I have been pressed into the person I am today. I have been a Christian since I was around 10 years old, but throughout my life I struggled with bullying. There came I time in my life, during my senior year of high school where my focus became centered around that. I struggled, I suffered, I put myself in a bubble and pushed everyone I loved away. But through it all I prayed and I worshiped. I prayed to Jesus to help me, to save me from myself. To save me from the plans the enemy had for my life. God had different plans. Worship has always been one of my favorite ways of praising God. I worshiped when I felt broken and I worship now when I feel whole.
There is always a period of time during worship that I feel so connected to Christ, its as if nothing else exists. All of my worries, all of my stress, my doubts, my thoughts are pushed away by His perfect Shalom (peace). I also feel these moments when I use anointing oil. It is a such a beautiful, profound moment of faith, peace,love, and gratitude. I promise you, I have gone to my room to pray and I get on my knees and I just feel so heavy sometimes. I feel all of the baggage on my shoulders, the worries on my mind, the stress just pulsing in my head. And then I grab my oil in faith and I simply dab it on my forehead and I have felt , not only physical , but spiritual release just flow through my body. I have felt the moment Jesus just takes away all of the worry and stress in an instant.
Kodesh Oils was created when Jesus answered the desires of my heart. I have always loved the connection I feel with Christ through anointing oils and was planning on making them for myself one day. That’s when Kodesh Oils came to be. I decided to not only make these oils for me, through guidance of the Holy Spirit, through fasting, prayer, and a whole lot of studying and research, but to also share them with the world, to use this as a gateway to spread the gospel. I also felt guided by Jesus to create this blog, so that when people purchase these oils, they can have a solid understanding that anointing oils are not a magic potion, but are instead an act of faith in Jesus.
